I thought this story qualified for a zombie alert due to the circumstances. What was a ritzy hotel in the heart of New York City is currently under the conditions of "free for all" as drugs, sex, and violence engulf the hotel according to a former employee. Will this scenario be fixed or for lack of a better word will the infection spread?
Zombie Rule #1: CARDIO
When the virus struck the first to go were the fatties, fat bastards... or fat cats?
Fat cat is a political term originally describing a rich political donor, also called an angel or big-money man.[1]
The New York Times has described fat cats as symbols of "a deeply corrupt campaign finance system riddled with loopholes", with Americans seeing them as recipients of the "perks of power", but able to "buy access, influence policy and even veto appointments".[2]
It is also commonly used to describe a rich, greedy person who, due to ownership of large amounts of capital, is able to "live easy" off the work of others. In the United Kingdom, it is also used to refer to executives whose pay is deemed by others to be excessive.[3]

Why in God's green earth would Bing Crosby name one of his album 101 Gang songs?

He was the number one box office attraction for five consecutive years, 1944 to 1948.[10] At his screen apex in 1946, Crosby starred in three of the year's five highest-grossing films: The Bells of St. Mary's, Blue Skies and Road to Utopia.[10] In 1963, Crosby received the first Grammy Global Achievement Award.[11] He is one of 33 people to have three stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame,[12] in the categories of motion pictures, radio, and audio recording.[13] He was also known for his collaborations with his friend Bob Hope, starring in the Road to... films from 1940 to 1962.

Oh dear, Bing with Going My Way - Rub a dub dub and one of 33. That's a variation of a Lenny Kavitz's song - Are you gonna go my way? If you listen to the lyrics with lines like - 'I am the chosen I am the one.'
Looks like we boomerang back to include this thread which I did a while back.

An alliance of China and the Soviet Union vs. the United States government does not sound like a current situation at all for a movie that is 42 years old.
Row NYC Hotel
Row NYC Hotel is a hotel at 700 Eighth Avenue, between 44th and 45th Streets, in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. The hotel is 27 stories tall with 1,331 rooms.
The surrounding area is part of the largest concentration of Broadway theaters on a single block.[3] The adjacent block of 45th Street is also known as George Abbott Way,[4] and foot traffic on the street increases box-office totals for the theaters there.[5] The hotel is also approximately 100 yards (91 m) west of Shubert Alley, which separates the seven adjacent theaters from One Astor Plaza and the Minskoff Theatre.[6] The Majestic, Masque (Golden), and Royale (Jacobs) theaters and the Lincoln Hotel (Row NYC Hotel) had all been developed concurrently.

I am going to repeat it. You know it's stuff like all of the above, the serendipity the universe gives you that messes with my head. I can fully accept that I might be some crazed nutter just reading too much into the things I see. I am still going with what I think is the more obvious. Zombie Alert New York City.
