Thousands of Italians sign-up against Zelensky speech
Tens of thousands of Italians have signed a petition protesting Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s planned address at a Eurovision-style song contest. Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini told reporters that the event “should remain the festival of Italian song and nothing else.”
“Zelensky? I don’t know how he sings,” Salvini told journalists on Thursday.
I have to agree I am sick of him trying to show and get funds for the war in the strangest of places. The comedian has been in a boy band before. I am more of an AC/DC fan myself but anyway here is Zelensky doing his thing if you feel like you needed to know. (short version - I have heard it was done as a parody)
