Now, it might be just me but the Ukrainian Ambassador to Australia sounds a bit nervous in this video. Like someone waiting to be raided or even worse visited by the tax department for an audit of where all the money has gone. Australia is up to 650,000,000 dollars in aid and I am sure our Government can account for all of it.

From what I have seen, the tender process of what aid Australia has given to Ukraine or will continue to give is a bunch of politicians taking phone calls and seemingly all too willing to cough over military equipment. Please explain - There were times I heard the joke you can't get a paper clip unless you put your request in triplicate. Justify why you needed it and explain what happened to the last one we gave you. Then, if it gets approved you will still most likely have to wait till next financial year cause it is not allocated in this year's budget.
