R is the 18th letter of the alphabet, R=18. In the interview, Col. MacGregor at 5:33 min mentions he has heard from a friend who is in a position to watch the battlefield in Ukraine. Has said the battlefield is littered with Ukrainian dead that they can't even pick them up anymore.

The dead are unburied, and we have to "watch". There are a number of bible verses that talk about the dead unburied, but the one that caught my eye as it were was Isaiah 66.
