I have had discussions with atheists, and for some reason, they don't seem to be able to get the concept that unless you can prove the science for yourself. You have to accept other people's scientific findings in good faith. They will quote peer reviews or whatever but they still can't wrap their head around the concept. if you can't prove it for yourself you have to accept other people's findings in good faith. From what I have seen they don't like the idea of faith that might mean believing in something with no basis.
Yes, ethical atheists are an oxymoron unless they think evolution is ethical. Maybe they would care to explain where cheating, lying, and murder come from. I have no reason to believe them except in good faith.
