While the great tariff war of 2025 has yet to begin. The year 2025 that is, the threats and counter threats(we will talk to you) have been continuing. In a move that has to be taken as an escalation of the war and a new tactic. The U.S. Emperor is formulating an argument that the Panama Canal should be given back to the U.S. The Emperor seems unhappy with the fees and the conditions are not up to the principles the U.S. Emperor believes the Panama Canal should operate with. In other news, the native American Indians are bemused by the Emperor's understanding of what applying tariffs to other people's goods means.

With the U.S. Emperor's Presidential election, you will find comments from various Americans on social media saying 'We are back'. I have no idea what they are referring to. Is it who can play the victim the best?

Here is the Emperor presenting some of his arguments on how unfairly the U.S. has been treated due to the fees and supposed breach of the terms/conditions.

23 Dec 2024 - Trump threatens to try to take back the Panama Canal. The US relinquished control years ago

PHOENIX (AP) — Donald Trump suggested Sunday that his new administration could try to regain control of the Panama Canal that the United States “foolishly” ceded to its Central American ally, contending that shippers are charged “ridiculous” fees to pass through the vital transportation channel linking the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

Don't mention the war.

United States involvement in regime change

Since the 19th century, the United States government has participated and interfered, both overtly and covertly, in the replacement of many foreign governments. In the latter half of the 19th century, the U.S. government initiated actions for regime change mainly in Latin America and the southwest Pacific, including the Spanish–American and Philippine–American wars. At the onset of the 20th century, the United States shaped or installed governments in many countries around the world, including neighbors Hawaii, Panama, Nicaragua, Mexico, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.

Jul 25 2024 - The U.S. Makes a Mockery of Treaties and International Law

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and other members of the Biden Cabinet are fond of proclaiming the “rules-based international order” (RBIO) or “rules-based order” every chance they get: in press conferences, on interviews, in articles, at international fora, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Along with the terms “human rights” and “democracy,” the RBIO is routinely used to claim a moral high ground against countries that they accuse of not following this RBIO, and wielded as a cudgel to attack, criticize, accuse, and delegitimate countries in their crosshairs as rogue outliers to an international order.
