A black ops assassination program? There is nothing like Team America on the international stage. Of course, the argument will go to evil prevails when good men do nothing. I am not sure that is a New Testament argument. Old Testament maybe but that could be comparing apples and oranges with a good man's interpretation of what God should do in the world.

In numerous attempts to kill one individual, the CIA killed 76 children and 29 adults, while totally failing to assassinate their target. To get around the problem of civilian casualties, everyone in a strike zone was classified as a combatant.
