Steven mentions in his video that Russian and Chinese ships are on the edge of the US territorial waters. He also gives an update on Ukraine. Not sure who he talks to out of Washington. I would tend to take it with a grain of salt, if you don't know who it is then I would view it as hearsay. He sounds like a bit of a sensationalist but I guess he would say he knows something we don't. I have linked to what I think is one of the news articles in his video. I think the news article gives a different perspective as in one Russian warship. Anyway, you might find it interesting and something to keep an eye on.
