Ukraine in their war has been sucking in supplies from all over the place amidst talk of stockpiles getting low for those countries who have been continuing to give weapons and munitions.
Some of those supplies have come from Israel.
Israel allowed the supply of weapons of its own production to Ukraine
Israel has granted NATO members permission to supply Ukraine with weapons containing Israeli components. In particular, this permit is intended for the UK. It also involves parts manufactured by Israel for fire control and electro-optical systems.
It is reported by the Israeli edition of Haaretz.
According to Haaretz, recently, Israel, under pressure of the United States, agreed to finance the purchase of “strategic materials” worth millions of dollars for Ukrainian military operations.

It does not appear to be as simple as the above article makes out as to the way Russia has positioned itself for the Russian-Ukraine NATO proxy war because of Putin's words following Viktorov's comments. It looks like a variation of measure for measure.
