The title says it all really. This drama seems a little disproportionate considering 3 years ago. The USA was a party to the Treaty on Open Skies (President Trump withdrew America from the treaty). I believe it meant Russia could fly all the surveillance planes they wanted over any part of the US.  Hopefully, there will be some balloons at the Southern border for Biden to send the military in to manage. How nuts is that, a compromised boarder nothing but a balloon gets an F-22 with a missile lock.
