Mystery Babylon Updated just means if you have not heard a Mystery Babylon message for a while(a number of years) here is a recent one. I find they can move around with the political climate of the day.
Her full title is stated in Revelation 17 (verse 5) as "Mystery, Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth
Revelation 17 (verse 18) identifies the woman as a representation of "the great city which reigneth over the kings of the earth"

I think it's not hard to change the interpretation so I think you need to be careful with anybody saying who is Mystery Babylon.
For example: I am surprised I have not really heard of anybody suggesting Beijing with their fishing fleet in the South China Sea and how they will leave shipping at times unable to dock. Beijing is also known as the Forbidden City.
Revelation 18: 11-13 “The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her because no one buys their cargoes anymore— 12 cargoes of gold, silver, precious stones and pearls; fine linen, purple, silk and scarlet cloth; every sort of citron wood, and articles of every kind made of ivory, costly wood, bronze, iron and marble; 13 cargoes of cinnamon and spice, of incense, myrrh and frankincense, of wine and olive oil, of fine flour and wheat; cattle and sheep; horses and carriages; and human beings sold as slaves.
And it seems if you want to get rich China is the place to do business or can you say the same about America?

Revelation 17:9 it is said that she sits on "seven mountains", typically understood as the seven hills of Rome.
