I first heard of Sovereign Citizens (It was in another country) back before 2012 which was over a decade ago. So this is my take on it. It is not a legal understanding. If you want to push your position you can find yourself in jail. Put simply like many other areas of society religion, science, and law. Might equal right and power is the authority(the decision maker) to direct that might.

If you happened to pay for and have judges and a police force twice the size of the other guy. Then you might be able to get somewhere with your little protest but until then it might be best to do what the police say. The legal system with whatever faults you think it has. Has got the might and the power to back itself up.

You might like to consider if you are religious about what God said in Zechariah 4:6. Paraphrased - It is not going to happen that way.

Zechariah 4:6 So he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty.
