Prophecy is a head shrink even false prophets can be prophetic if God decides to flip the switch. It's enough to drive you insane. The story of Jonah and Nineveh would be an example. Jonah could be considered a false prophet because the destruction of Nineveh(because they repented) that he prophetized about did not take place.
