      Iraq claims it has arrested alleged Ukraine-linked cells accused of carrying out attacks inside the country. Iraqi National Security Adviser Qasim Al-Aboudi said intelligence investigations led authorities to detain several groups that allegedly targeted facilities in Iraq.
